Please tell me this isn't for real! At least I don't feel as silly for being affraid of mice after watching her freak out over pickles!

And I am addicted to landscaping. So I only have 4 days of vacation left, and I haven't stopped landscaping yet! I only have finishing touches left, I swear. Assembling patio furniture, fire pit benches and Log holder thingy. Plant 4-5 more things, Mulch 2-3 things, and that should be it. The yard looks completely insanely fantastic. I think that after spending all these 15-16 hour days working non-stop have earned me the right to brag! hehehe. Of course you might think that it's not that insanely fantastic, but I think it is, considering we did it ourselves.

Exclusive : CrazyMrsNancy is blogging on location. Sitting in my 'new' living room in the complete darkness exept for the blueish light emitted from The Gilmore Girls playing on TV. (I'm up to the 2nd disc of the first season hehe) We're still doing the tv sharing deal thing : 2 episodes of Gilmore Girls for 1 of The Band of Brothers. I've been on vacation for 2 days and I haven't done anything remotely productive. Exept a bit of shopping yesterday. I feel like I normally do on friday nights; totally conked out since my body and my brain know that it's 'safe' to be.
A great date story
I love my husband. Tonight to celebrate our first night of vacation, after work we parked on Main street and walked over for the first time to Candy Chameleon. It's a big candy store. Nothing but nicely shaped sugar. A diabetic's dream. I told him : Do you believe that we're actually 2 fat diabetics in a candy store ? I got some Sangria, Black liquorice, Strawberry Daiquiry Jelly Belly (and other kinds I don't remember), some black liquorice Chatherine wheels, and some hot tamales. Stephane got a bunch of super sour stuff. I also got some homemade Gelato in a waffle cone.

Not really. sigh. But I'm officially on VACATION as of 4h31pm today!!! WOO-AH-HOO!!!!

The strawberries of my childhood...
They're back! The strawberries of my childhood! Well not literally, but Busy Bee (That gas station/convenience store on Amirault that everyone calls the Busy Bee like it was before it was renamed Co-op express or something like that.) has those really great strawberries again! I discovered them last year. Well they're back! They taste sooo good. Divine. They taste just like the little tiny strawberries we used to pick from our yards when we were kids, before everyone used pesticides and before it went out of style to use pesticides. Speaking of pesticides.

I can't WAIT for Friday @ 4h30pm. That's when our vacation starts!!! This week is sooo rough. Sunday we were working outside on the landscaping until 11pm, monday morning I left for Fredericton and I came back today, went to the office and prepared myself for tomorrow morning when I leave for my 2 day trip to Shippagan. Then I came home and worked outside until 11pm again. It's midnight and I should really go to bed now. I'm waiting for my wash to finish washing. I have to pack in the morning and be on the road for 8am. Okay I'll stop whining now...
On the road again...
Well I'm leaving in like 10 minutes for Fredericton and I'll be back tomorrow at supper time but then I'll probably have to continue working on the landscaping for the night. Then leaving again wednesday and coming home friday night. At least next week I'll be on vacation!!! YAY!
We worked so hard on the landscaping this weekend and I have sunburns to show it! More news possibly tomorrow night :)
