Weekend Update
Hey! I'm slacking off with the blogging aren't I? Ah well, I vowed to enjoy every minute of our short summer this year, and I'm doing it! hehe I had a fantastic weekend! I spent all day Saturday working in the yard/flowers with my brother, almost-sister in law and mother in law. Sunday we cleaned the patio because we're going to stain it next weekend, and we hadn't stained it in 3 years so the wood had turned all grey. We tried 2 kinds of deck cleaner : Thompson's and Olympic, and let me tell you, the Olympic deck cleaner is awesome!

Challenge # 11 : Describe a typical day in your life. I was going to do this one in pictures, then I realized that I couldn't really bring my camera at work, and I don't think my coworkers and clients would like their pictures on my blog, so that meant 3/4 of my day would be censored hehe. Here is a description instead.
6h00am - alarm clock goes off, mumble at Steph to set it for 6h30am
6h30am - alarm clock goes off, beg Steph to set it for 7h00am.
7h00am - alarm clock goes off, try to ignore Steph harrassing me to wake up.

Ready for the long weekend!
Yesterday afternoon at work it was only me and J and she said : aah why don't you bugger off for the rest of the day? I have to tell you that I love to joke around and make fun of the funny things my coworkers do, I just find it so funny. We're from different generations, what I do must be funny to them too hehe. But I love them all like a 2nd family. My coworkers in this office I mean, I definitely don't love all my head office coworkers this much hehe. Only some of them. I actually spend more awake time with those people than my family when you think about it hehe.
Confession of the week
Not that long ago, I couldn't stand Fergie. At all. I didn't like her music. (Of course it was catchy and my ass couldn't stop groovin' to her tunes anyway hehe) But I honnest to goodnes adore her new song "Big Girls Don't Cry". <3

But man his belly button IS weird. What, he doesn't make enough money to fix it? Honestly it wasn't THAT bad until they gave it a mustache... LOL

If a debit & credit card which have gone through a laundry wash cycle would get demagnetized ? I'm thinking/hoping no.... but it'd be embarrassing to go make a purchase and having my cards not cooperating hehe. I guess I'll try to wait until Steph is with me to buy something, just in case.
Mother's Day
I've been procrastinating, but here's my Mother's Day weekend : My parents came down Sunday and brought their dog Belle (aka my sister), my brother, his gf and her 2 kids and their dog Rocky (aka my nephew) also came. The dogs had a blast and so did we. We had a lobster feast! I had made a delicious potato salad and an equally delicious macaroni salad the night before. Since you all know I'm a procrastinator, it will come as no surprise that I was up until 2AM the night before making those darn salads hehe. They were perfect though :)
