*yawn* I'm sooo tired this morning. And I'm not feeling great. I almost stayed home today but when I asked Steph to make up my mind for me, he said that he thought that it would look as though I stayed home on purpose because it's Halloween. So I got up and started to get ready and he says "You're going to work?"  Pffft!

I left work at 1pm yesterday to go to the mall to buy the stuff I needed to make Steph's Shrek Halloween costume for work. Apparently October 30th is a pretty popular day for last minute Halloween shopping...

I like Dr. Oz; he's charismatic. He has the ability of explaining things in such a way that even those who aren't interested (??) in understanding their bodies, their nutrition & fitness have no choice but to get it. But he sure does appear like an idiot in this clip. He obviously hasn't read the book. He says that he eats a relatively low carb diet.. yeah right. Not according to what he's told us on Oprah.

I love wordpress...everything about it. I can't believe how it can keep me signed on all the time here on my computer at work. This computer has got to be the most anal retentive machine ever. Or maybe the techs are hehe. Any remotely enjoyable site is blocked here at work, besides iVillage. The techs must be male. Even blogger is randomly blocked, and it totally sucks to have the urge to blog and that I can't because the site is blocked that day. But so far, whenever I come to wordpress.com I just have to click on 'new post' without having to sign in a billion different times. It rocks!

There's a possibility that our staff meeting is cancelled on Thursday morning, because too many people can't (won't) make it, therefore Judy and I wouldn't have to go up for "Fun Day" (read : Especially NON-fun day) and stay there for 2 days!! Weee!! Cross your fingers! That would make me so happy :) It's not only the traveling in car for 2 hours with coworkers that never put the radio on, the not sleeping well alone in a hotel bed, or the wild partying that I'm not in the mood for... but morale in the department is SO low and has been for the past couple of months...

Weekend Update

As usual the weekend came to an end way way too fast. Friday I left work early and spent the afternoon cleaning and preparing for my skin care class at 7pm. It didn't go overly well. In fact it was kind of a disaster. The hostess had told me that they were going to be 7. But when I got there at 7pm she said okay we're 3 now, and there's 2 more coming at 8h30, and 2 more at 9h30 and 1 more sometime tonight. Um.. okay. In resume : I presented my stuff about 3 times, the girls had started drinking as they were going out clubbing after, almost all of my make up sample cards were used.
