H&M is coming to Moncton !!!! *Squeal*

H&M is coming to Moncton!
H&M IS COMING TO MONCTON!!!

I'm SO excited!!! I hope hope hope that we get a 'good' H&M and not a generic crappy consolation prize H&M. Please H&M, we want the fashion forward trendy but affordable clothes! Not the wrinkled messy generic mess that Old Navy is!

To go with my new Halloween theme :)

Wow, this is really me!

But.. who the hell is Ingrid? Should I be embarrassed that I don't know who she is?  This really describes me to a T.

Jack Nicholson, circa 1978, showing off his hydrogen powered car. I saw this on Durdle's blog and am fascinated by not only the car but young Nicholson hehe.

Some days you just want to say Fuck It.

And those days you hope you're just being PMSy and you hope that you'll wake up tomorrow less overwhelmed, stressed, and bitchy.

But for now, Fuck It.

That's all.

Darn, I forgot the disposable chopsticks!

Craaaaazy. Sometimes life gets soooo crazy that it's hard to adhere to our new healthy life habits. I'm proud to say however, that yesterday we stayed away from all the delicious homemade food made with love that was donated to the family for before & after memere's funeral. For lunch we had a choice of : Seafood chowder, chicken stew loaded with salt and potatoes, and home made fluffy white rolls. We each took about a half cup of chicken stew, including about 2 tbsp of potatoes (Mmmm potatoes!!) and another half cup of salty broth, for a a cuppish of stew. It was deeelish.

Who the hell is Jazon Mraz?

And why do I love his song "I'm Yours" so much?

It's constantly playing in my head. I move around the house dancing and flailing my arms and swinging my ponytail. And when the song in my head plays the part "I'm Yours" that's when I sing it out loud. Poor Steph! Hah!

Now I'm terrified to buy concert tickets...

Do you all remember early January 2007, when my grandmother passed away... I had a huge dilemma because my grandmother's funeral was up north, the day after the big Snoop Dogg concert. The one where Kate had won VIP tickets and we were going there in a huuuuge limo, etc. In the end I went to the concert and then left very early the next morning for Bathurst for the funeral. It worked out well.

Stephane's grandmother's funeral will be on Tuesday, and Guylaine reminded me last night that the Lenny Kravitz concert that we have been waiting for months for,  is Monday night! Gah!!

Life is short.

I tried to find the post where I blogged a few months ago about Memere Vienneau, Stephane's grandmother's, pancreatic cancer diagnosis and her... I forget what it was.. one month to live or something like that. She held on for a long time; Almost a year. She lived her last months enjoying previous forbidden foods to her, like cakes, chips and ice cream. I'm glad that we got to see her a lot more this year than we did previous years. I'm glad that she was around for one last Vienneau family reunion in August. She looked good...

Well, that was quick!

Can you believe that the Canadian federal elections are today? I can't believe it.. that was quick! I'm jealous of the US elections, they're sexier and more exciting than ours.

For the first time since I've been old enough to vote, I was still debating who to vote for, even when hiding behind the voting thingamajig. I don't like Harper, and I don't want a carbon tax either. And let's be real, no matter how great they might be, the others don't have a chance in my riding, or as Prime Minister.

BUT... like I told Stephane this morning, not voting wasn't an option.
